This unit really does work great, it’s a little loud on high, but there’s 3 settings. I just wish it would fill itself, but I guess you can’t have everything.

The reservoir lasts about 1-1 1/2 days before needing to be refilled again, so as far as output it’s accurate in that it can put 12 gallons of water into the air in a day.

We purchased two models of this through Amazon, and both went to JR, and they were out of stock. I wish they would have known this before a week after it was to be delivered. Had to purchase it elsewhere.
It is a great humidifier, and the highest output of any consumer humidifier we could find (tested many for our business).

I have owned this product for about one month and am very happy with its performance so far. It arrived with a small crack in the plastic molding but instead of sending it back, I repaired it. I only run it on the low speed and it provides adequate moisture for a 2400 sq ft home. The other fan speeds are quite noisy. The house seems to be cleaner with less dust. It is easy to fill. I usually have to purchase a new humidifier every year but I feel this product will last several years.
