More than a mixer, this is a kitchen machine, the latest innovation from Bosch, which introduced the first model in 1951. The Best Thing In My Kitchen,
First I must say that Bosch’s customer service is the worst I have ever seen or dealt with. They are rude and demeaning but if you never have to deal with them then this product is a joy to own and use.
It is the best thing in my kitchen. It is the very best mixer I have ever had or used and that has been plenty because I am getting up in years. This mixer out does even my Kitchen Aid by lots and it looks great on my counter. I gave away the Kitchen Aid.
It is not just a mixer because it has many attachments and that turns it into a blender, a grain & meat grinder, a cookie press, a shreeder, food processor, a berry press and on and on. You do not need to have all those other things sitting all over your kitchen taking up space because this does it all.
You might be thinking that you have tried those machines that claim to do it all but because they try to do it all they do not do anything well. That is not the case here. It really does do it all and does it better!!
I cook and bake all the time and holidays are special at my home because of all the great smells that come out of my kitchen so I need not good but great appliances. This is a great one and it saves me so much time. Its has plenty of power to handle anything I have asked it to do.
I recommend it highly but I would rather jump off a cliff then to deal with the company or their customer service.

It’s difficult to rate this little mixer with stars, because it’s such a unique item. It’s made to fit into a place that does not have room for a stand mixer, and as such, it has some quirks that have to be dealt with. There is only one bowl that will fit, so if you need to mix two things, you have to mix one, take that out, wash the bowl, then mix the other. The beaters have to be in a certain position to be raised; otherwise, they hit the side of the bowl. But for anyone who doesn’t have room for a big stand mixer, it’s a wonderful little machine. I have made cookies, bread, whipped cream, and meringue with this mixer, and it did a great job on all. The dough hook is amazingly effective. I am very pleased with this mixer because I have a tiny kitchen, but if I had a lot of counter space, I’d opt for a big Kitchenaid. What led me to buy this mixer is that Cooks Country magazine rated it second to the Kitchenaid in their test of mixers. It’s a gem.

I researched stand mixers in 2008 when my old Sunbeam finally gave out. I didn’t want the very large Kitchenaid models taking up space on my countertop. When I found the Bosch compact model, I was very excited, and ordered it. I used it several times, and let my mother know how well it worked, and how easy it was to use. She liked it so well, I gave her mine, and ordered another one for me. Clean up is easy, stores easily in a drawer or on the counter. Mixes heavy bread dough like a dream.
