I love this machine, have been using every single day for a month to make lattes at home. Turn it on and let it warm up for 10-15 minutes to get a hotter brew, and also for the cup warmer to be of any use. For my first espresso machine I am completely happy, especially for the price. A little practice with the steam wand and I am getting consistent texture, temperature, and taste with my daily latte. I would definitely recommend for first time users who are trying to make the switch from your daily $4 latte, it will pay for itself!

I have no experience with espresso/cappuccino machines, but I got this for Christmas and I think it’s kind of neat as a starter. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to have tiny, Barbie-size cups to put under it. One valuable tip: make sure you grab the correct cup of espresso before you take a drink! I picked up my son’s espresso, freshly poured, and thought it was mine, which had cooled off. Now I have a burned tongue and mouth and can’t talk. Stupid, I know.

I TRIED EVERYTHING WITH THIS ESPRESSO MACHINE. IT DOES NOT MAKE A DECENT CREMA. I GAVE IT AWAY IN TWO WEEKS.
