They are composed of grade 40 neodymium iron boron magnetic material and are plated in nickel-copper-nickel for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. Their individual pull force is approximately 6 lbs. Max Working Temperature – 176 F (80 C). Magnets may chip and crack if allowed to snap together.

These are great. Strong enough to make you say “Holy cow these are strong magnets”, but not TOO strong like some of the bigger ones.

Pinching yourself isn’t too much of an issue with these.

Magnets are brittle, though. If they slam together they will chip. But since you get 20 in this package, it isn’t too heartbreaking to throw one or two away after a while.

Fun to play with. Buy these and you’ll probably be purchasing some larger ones in the near future. Amazingly strong for their size.

These magnets are smaller than I figured, but that’s because I didn’t stop to think what 1/4″ looks like. But that doesn’t keep me from being beyond satisfied with these magnets. NOTHING will fall off of my fridge. I was literally able to open my fridge door with one of these suckers!

    Definitely a good buy.

I bought these for use on a wall painted with magnetic primer. We only painted 2 coats (should have done 3) and then painted over it with another color. I was having a hard time finding magnets that would hold anything on the wall. These work great! One tiny cube will hold 2 sheets of paper on the wall.
