Bad motor,
I bought this to shred cheese. The motor is so weak that if you pushed down too hard, the blade would completely stop spinning. I am returning this and paying the $15 extra to get a better unit.

|Small but mighty!,
I love the little Oster. It is big enough to do the job and yet small enough to fit in a tight space. It is powerful and has a nice spout. I don’t know why I don’t see it everywhere in stores.

|Cheap Unit,
I bought this thinking Oster is a good name. I got home and looked for a manual and figured maybe someone opened the box and removed it then went to [...]. Says it is not avaialble. I find it hard to believe that any company selling any electirc appliance let alone one that shreds things would not write a manual for it. Can you spell LIABILITY? The unit is garbage. Motor is not good. Save your money and get a better machine….
